On January 4th of 2011, I decided to change my lifestyle and become a better me. Today, a year after, I have to say that I have accomplished my goal and have become a better me, not only physically, but also spiritually. 
This journey has been crazy! Honestly, I did not think I was going to have the will power to exercise as much as I did, or to give up drinking pop, but I did and I have to say that I wouldn’t have done it without God’s help and the support from my family, friends and the fitblr community. 
So, here it is, my before and after picture. I am half way done ‘til I get to my ultimate goal weight, and I am super pumped for this year, because as the name of my blog says, “Impossible is Nothing” :)

Let’s see, the gym went great! I walked 2 miles in 38:20 minutes, so that was super exciting :D As an overall I worked out for about 2:40 minutes (including the Zumba), and I worked a lot on my abs. I don’t feel as sore as the first day either, so I am really excited :D

I had a healthy breakfast, and lunch, and my favorite meal of the day was my dinner, because my dad made it, and it was only 8 points. Also, I had a small piece of chocolate (2 pts) and as an overall I only ate 35 points.

I’m very happy with today’s outcome, and I am having a blast on the “Barça meeting” :D but I’ll probably go to bed in like 20 minutes :)

Busy day today - 01/09/11

Worked on things for the Church today & I watched Camino De Vida’s vision for the year, which is very similar to the vision we have for the church here, so it was like super exciting :D Taylor Barriger is one of the coolest lads out there :)

Anyways, back to the regular stuff. I had an amazing lunch today, which was pretty much my mom’s food and it was only 11 points. I had about 10 cups of water, and as an overall, I only ate 27 points, and I’m already past my bed time. I should probably go.

Today I woke up at 8:30am, so I know I’m getting better on my sleeping schedule. [Yes, I woke up that early to watch the Liverpool game, which we lost :/ but it’s okay, because “We’ll Never walk alone”] Okay, I should really go now :D

Day 4 - 01/07/11

Today, i woke up earlier than usual, I had trouble sleeping, but I’m hoping it gets better after I adjust my schedule again :D

Let’s see, today I used 35 points, and I still have like 10 left :)

To treat myself, I decided to have a Nutella sandwich, made with whole wheat bread, so it was 8 points and hazelnut black coffee, which is zero points.

I was supposed to sign up yesterday at the gym, i was so pumped! but things didn’t go as planned, so I’m going tomorrow around noon :D I’m really excited!! 

Today’s progress: I lost 1.4 lbs! yay! which means I have lost 6.2 lbs in the past 4 days! I am so happy! It hasn’t even been a week yet, and I already feel so wonderful. I am 7 pounds away from my first goal :D 

I still don’t have any rewards, because I can’t think of anything, I think my biggest reward right now is that I’m actually doing this for myself and all the support I have from my tumblr friends and a few other friends <3 I am super blessed to have them in my life :D
